The consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract we will promptly refund to you all of the payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from you selecting another form of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us) at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund we will use the same form of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly declare otherwise; on no account will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or handover the goods promptly, to SALOMON FoodWorld® GmbH, Nordring 13, D-63762 Grossostheim-Ringheim, telephone: +49 6026 506 200, fax: +49 6026 506 218, email: firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract, at the latest. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods that may arise resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the quality, nature and functioning of the goods.
